The purpose of this workshop is to empower the Departmental Head (DH) as quality
assurer, using existing manual and nw electronic tools to standardise assessment and improve learner performance within their department. This will ultimaely impact the value chain in education as imprved assessment practies are part of the input, the process and will result in superior output.
