•   understand how to optimally utilisexisting assessmet methods, forms, tools, documentation, pocesses, and systems towards quality assuring the value chain in educatio
•  pr epare departmental heads to identiy non-compliant contexts that impact negatiely on reliability (credibility), fairness and validity
•   re-align stages of Quality Assurance in education and equip the departmetal head to closely monitor and guide the drafting of the assessmet plan as part of the integrated teaching and learning process

•  pr ovide guidelines to standardise performance evaluation and ensue an objectie approach by individuals and team(s) to identiy and meet the need for improved performance
•  c ollect and record reliable and valid data (quantiatie and qualitatie) as direct evidence for achievement and moderatio
•   provide training to departmental heads to ensure they are adequately equipped to execute their professional responsibility, use e-platorms, identiy challenges by doing a SWOT analysis, and provide support and intervention o colleagues based on evidence such as the QMS developmental plan, valid data and records.
