This workshop will enable you to:

• Explain why the educators and parents need each other to provide sustainable quality education to all
• Draft a basic agreement about the partnership between educators and parents for your specific school
• Discuss possible stumbling blocks between the partners
• Develop a communication strategy and process between the partners
• Understand what parental involvement at school entails
• Demonstrate understanding of parental involvement with own child
• Support the educators to provide sustainable quality education to all the learners in the school
• Identify the positive attitude between the partners to succeed together
