• Define the different models of Mentoring and Coaching.
• Apply your mentoring skills.
• Evaluate the mentoring programme and do reflection.
• Give effective feedback to peers.
• Plan time management effectively.
• Establish a Personal Growth Journal.
• Start a Mentorship programme and/or Coaching in your institution.
