Outcomes of Workshop

This workshop will enable you to:

• Explore line-based coding platform (hybrid programming platform) with block-based and line-based coding
• Explore the Engineering Design Process and the concepts of Computational Thinking
• Learn more about microcontrollers which will be coded using a line-based coding platform
• Understand logical processing steps and the microcontrollers and components for input and output, and hybrid and line- based programming
• Explore mechanical systems (e.g. pulleys, gears and linkages) and CAD
